Salary: £27,785 - £30,275 per annum (£13.36 - £14.56 per hour)

Additional Pay: £44.56 per sleep in

Bonus: Opportunity to earn £1400 attendance bonus (Paid Quarterly)

Opportunity:

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to work as part of the management team, working within a small EBD children's residential home in Bicester, Oxfordshire.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will support the management team and have responsibility for leading a shift, directing roles and responsibilities to support workers and ensuring the monitoring of children and young people's behaviour, safety, and well-being. You will also ensure accurate record keeping is maintained at all times.

Effective communication skills, along with the ability to build relationships with others are vital! We are looking for an individual who can lead by example, uphold standards, and ensure that the safeguarding of children and young people underpins all decisions made.

What you'll bring:

* Minimum of 12 months experience of working within children's services, preferably supporting children with complex needs.

* Minimum QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (in line with Ofsted requirements)

* Availability to work on a shift rota system including weekends and bank holidays and sleep ins

* A full UK Driving Licence.
