This dynamic Facilities Management company has a new position for a hardworking and dedicated Cost Estimator / Bid Estimator, to generate quotations for repair and maintenance project work to allow for further growth and development.

LOCATION: Office based - near Dartford. You may be looking for Estimator / Cost Estimator jobs in Kent, Dartford, Gravesend, Crayford, Rochester, Wrotham, Maidstone.

You will have a full UK driving licence.

SALARY: £40K- £50K basic plus benefits, bonuses, fuel card/ mileage/ electric car scheme, frequent progression opportunities / salary reviews.

HOURS: 9am - 5pm. Mon - Fri.

Based in the office 3 days a week and on-site 2 days a week, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass all aspects of cost planning, from identifying the scope of works, to providing a realistic estimation.

You may have a background in Property Maintenance/ Property Management/ Fabric Maintenance, where you can use your technical knowledge and IT skills to produce realistic cost estimations.

You will be an experienced Estimator, as well as a strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to build a rapport with the client.

Previous jobs may include Quotes Manager, Property Maintenance Director, Multi-Skilled Tradesperson/ Owner, Cost Planner, Quotes Coordinator, Estimator, Assistant Estimator, Surveyor, Assistant Surveyor, Assistant Quantity Surveyor, QS or similar.
