Ongoing expansion has created a new opportunity for an experienced Strategic Applications Analyst.

Key Responsibilities of the Strategic Applications Analyst

  • To maintain and support the execution of existing "BAU" tasks across the core tools for workflow application and automation. Including:

o Data loading

o Data tracking and audit trail

o Management of data templates

o Generation of client reporting and data dashboards

o Trouble-shooting user issues

o Managing user access and maintaining data security

o Archiving workflows

  • Support the Strategic Applications Managers with design, build and deployment of new technical workflows including:

o Configuration documentation

o Collaborating with team members to ensure solutions are implemented on time and within budget.

o Supporting UAT

o Ensuring tasks are executed in accordance with project guidelines.

o Reporting on the progress of assigned tasks in a concise and timely way.

o Management of data templates

o Generation of client reporting and data dashboards

o Trouble-shooting user issues

o Managing user access and maintaining data security

o Archiving workflows

Skills & Attributes of the Strategic Applications Analyst

  • A good understanding of workflow and automation tools preferred including (but not limited to):
  • ShareDo (desirable)
  • JIRA,
  • Neota logic
  • Contract Express (desirable)
  • DocuSign (desirable)
  • A good understanding of Microsoft O365 including Excel (preferred), Teams, SharePoint and Power BI
  • Knowledge of agile project management
  • A solutions-oriented, "can-do" approach to problem solving and service delivery.
  • Ability to prioritise deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • The ability to quickly identify a problem and develop sound, defensible solutions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies, learning new skills and being part of the future of legal technology
