Salary: £40000 - £45000/annum

Join a small, supported living care provided in south west London as a Registered Manager. They support young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues to live in the community and maximise their life opportunities.

They run for 20+ clients out of 7 houses based in Putney, near the River Thames.

Overall you will be leading teams, managing services, working with partner organisations and health professionals, and ensuring the safety of users.

There are plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your career.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Desirable to have previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a supported living management role.
Deputy or team leader roles will also be considered and those outside of social care with management experience.
Desirable to have a level 4 NVQ in health and social care
Prepared to work towards a level 4 or 5 diploma in leadership and management for adult care
A reasonable commute to Putney.
SALARY & BENEFITS:

Up to £45,000
