The Firm

Our client, a well established law firm based in Central London are seeking a Legal PA to join their growing team on a 6 -month FTC.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of Legal PA experience supporting Partners and Associates within an Employment team. Duties to include:

Responsible for client liaison and telephone cover
Diary management
Formatting and reformatting documents
Conference and travel planning
Supporting and assisting with business development and marketing initiatives
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
Ensuring the firm's calendars are kept up to date
Such additional/alternative responsibilities as are reasonably necessary from time to timeThis Legal PA role is a full time, hybrid, working Monday - Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm

Requirements

At least 3 years of Legal PA experience
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
Good numerical and communications skills, both verbal and written
