Job Title: Premises Manager
Location: Primary School, Islington
Hours: Full-Time, 35 hours per week

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Premises Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operations of a primary school in Islington. The ideal candidate will have experience in minor repairs, maintenance, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the school premises.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks across the school, including plumbing, electrical work, and general building upkeep.
Conduct regular inspections of the building to ensure everything is in good working order.
Oversee the security and safety of the school premises, including opening and closing the building as required.
Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers for any larger maintenance or repair projects.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support the school staff with any premises-related issues.Key Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a school or educational setting.
Strong skills, including basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people.
