Salary: £76 - £85/day

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive team at a 2 Form Entry School. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and be committed to providing excellent support to both students and teachers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons for Key Stage 1 students.
- Support individual or small groups of students with their learning, providing additional help where needed.
- Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
- Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and behaviour.
- Support students with their social and emotional development, promoting a positive classroom atmosphere.

Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with Key Stage 1 students.
- A good understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare.
