Application Requirements:

• Qualifications: HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 settings.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine passion for working with children.
• Commitment: A dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging, well-planned lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
• Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
• Help in preparing and organising classroom materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Occasionally step in to cover classes, lead sessions, and maintain the high standards of teaching and learning our school is known for.
