Room Attendant - Casual
£11.50 per hour

We are recruiting for Casual Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team.

Flexibility required to work various shifts including early and late shifts.

Weekend and bank holiday working is required

Overview of role:

o Cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the specified 5* standard
o Restocking room attendants' trolleys
o Reporting all maintenance defects
o Handing in all Lost Property found in guest rooms in a timely manner to the housekeeping office.
o To be well presented at all times in accordance with Company uniform standards

What we are looking for:
Enthusiasm, dedication, and the ability to work in a team
Excellent customer care and communication skills
The ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Be well presented and able to remain calm under pressure
Previous experience in a housekeeping role would be beneficial.
