Alma Personnel are thrilled to be working with an expanding client who due to organisational growth have a vacancy for a Senior Marketing and Business Development Executive.
Reporting to one of the Directors, your duties as a Senior Marketing and BD Executive will include the following:
* Identify marketing opportunities, create campaigns to attract new business
* Create proposals and presentations
* Managing pipeline of new business, as well as leads and quotations
* Building network of connections, attending external meetings and events
* Creating social media posts
* Leading BD meetings for new starters
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/attributes:
* CIM qualified (or working towards)
* Good standard of education (GCSE Maths & English)
* Business development and pipeline management experience
* Market research experience
* Out going and confident
* Ability to manage own workload, managing multiple projects and tasks
