Tutoring takes place in a family home, library or Care Home.
Tutors work with children with a range of SEN needs including ASD, ADHD, ODD and Speech and Language needs and more.
Tutors work autonomously to plan and deliver lessons.
Tutors are required to create a Personalised Learning Plan for each student including SMART targets and must upload weekly reports showing what has taken place in lessons and how the young person has responded.
Tutors must possess a creative and versatile teaching style.
Smart Education desire a Professional Teaching Qualifications (QTS / QTLS / PGCE), Subject Specialism or extensive tuition experience supporting with English, Maths and/or Science
Tutors must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or the willingness to acquire oneAbout Smart Education
