About the Role:

My client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Sales Progression Administrator for their insolvency business in Manchester. This role is pivotal to their property receivership team, ensuring that properties are effectively marketed, viewings are conducted efficiently, and sales transactions progress smoothly to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing & Viewings:

    • Coordinate the marketing of properties, liaising with estate agents and property portals.
    • Ensure properties receive maximum exposure to potential buyers.
    • Schedule and oversee property viewings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
  • Sales Progression:

    • Monitor property sales from offer acceptance through to completion.
    • Liaise with solicitors, agents, and buyers to ensure a seamless transaction process.
    • Proactively manage potential delays, keeping all stakeholders informed.
    • Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to the receivership team.
  • General Administration:

    • Handle enquiries related to property sales and receivership matters.
    • Maintain compliance with insolvency and property regulations.
    • Assist with reporting and documentation as required.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level (essential).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with solicitors, agents, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple sales transactions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management software (desirable).
  • Prior experience in property sales progression, estate agency, or insolvency-related property administration is advantageous but not essential.
