Hatched Recruitment is working closely with he local authorities and we are looking for a Business Support Officer in the Rotheram area.

This position is for a business support officer/ safeguarding minute taker to provide support across our adult social care service. This will include supporting our teams to provide effective business support services to the front line and statutory services in accordance with relevant government legislation and guidelines.

support safeguarding meetings by attending meetings and minute-taking them, both in person and virtually on Microsoft Teams. Experience in Microsoft Teams.
uploading and distributing approved minutes.
Arranging venue and attendants for meetings.
teams invite when required
managing safeguarding coordination inbox and prioritising writing up minutes.

Experience

* Experience of working within a business support environment.

* Proven experience of working with highly confidential and sensitive information.

* Experience of undertaking research and providing written and verbal reports of findings.

* Experience of working with financial information, solving problems in relation to payments and billing.

* Experience of servicing meetings and minute taking directly onto mobile devices at speed and with accuracy
