Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Birmingham
Daily Rate: £92 - £98
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support students in the absence of their regular teachers.
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
Deliver pre-prepared lessons and manage classroom activities.
Assist students with their work and maintain engagement.
Uphold school policies and procedures, including behavior management.
Provide feedback on student progress to relevant staff.

Requirements:

Experience working with young people in an educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
An enhanced DBS on the update service is required.
