Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a leading business and choice employer near Mansfield as they look to bring a new Management Accountant in to the team. They are constantly expanding as an organisation and looking at ways of diversifying so it's a great time to join them and be part of this journey!This Management Accountant role will be fast=paced, challenging and varied and will allow you to get involved in acquisitions, make commercial recommendations and present to senior stakeholders.

It will be a varied role with duties to include: - 

• Producing and reviewing Monthly Management Accounts cost lines, income streams, budgets and forecasts
• Managing one employee - assessing performance, showing best practice and developing the future of the business.
• Reviewing and investigating variances between the actual results and budgeted/forecasted results
• Reconciliation of all relevant entities balance sheet
• Owning and presenting monthly finance reports to line manager, and senior finance as required
• Building relationships and acting as a Business Partner for financial/numerical queries with multiple departments 
• Supporting group & statutory audits for relevant entities
• Assisting with the integration of new acquisitions

To be successful you will ideally have the following skills and experiences: -

• Qualified ACCA/CIMA (further study support provided)
• Leadership/Managerial experience
• Minimum 2 year’s experience working in a similar role within finance.
• Excellent IT system skills, in particular MS Excel
• Looking to develop and grow a career in a commercial business
