A fantastic client is seeking a full-time, permanent Employability Partnerships Coordinator to join their college starting in September.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

* Help the Employer Partnerships team manage existing placement opportunities from current stakeholders.

* Source work placement opportunities for students.

* Focus on larger Industry Placements for T-Level students.

* Engage with employers and build new relationships.

* Match students to appropriate placement opportunities.

* Administer placements using GroFar, the college system for tracking business insurance, Health and Safety documents, student placements, and hours.

* Complete various administrative tasks as required.

* Support and liaise with curriculum departments to achieve industry placement and work experience targets for T Level implementation.

* Attend students' timetabled hours to assist with placement preparation (e.g., applying, writing CVs, mock interviews, etc.).

* Help learners prepare for work by guiding them through the process.

* Assist students in signing up to GroFar and encourage them to apply for live opportunities on the platform.

Requirement:

* Educated to Level 3 or equivalent

* Minimum of grade C in GCSE Maths and English Language (or equivalent)

* Car/ form of transport

Coordinators are required to monitor, report, and document learner participation in work experience activities using the college systems, adhering to all guiding principles, including risk assessments. They are also responsible for visiting learners at the workplace or during scheduled hours to assess progress, monitor the setting (including health and safety), track attendance and attitude, and complete all necessary paperwork and reports to ensure successful industry placements.

Coordinators can be asked to work across multiple campuses. Candidates must be prepared to travel to each site and also to employer premises when requested. You would normally be based at a particular campus for the entire day unless an employer has requested a visit.
