We're searching for an experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager to join a leading B2B events company in the Oil & Gas sector. If you have a strong background in building strategic partnerships and delivering revenue through innovative sponsorship deals, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a high-growth industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, focusing on sponsorship sales within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Develop and manage relationships with key clients, driving revenue and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify new prospects and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and present compelling sponsorship proposals, tailored to meet client objectives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and innovative deal structures.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and delivery.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sponsorship sales, ideally within the Oil & Gas or energy industries.
- Proven success in closing high-value sponsorship deals for events, conferences, or industry summits.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining strong communication with teams and clients.
- Must be a UK resident with full rights to work in the UK.
