Senior Scrub Nurse/Senior ODP | Winfield Hospital | Full Time 37.5 Hours

About our Theatre Department
Our Theatre Department is extremely busy, working with Consultants from a wide range of clinical disciplines, including orthopaedics and cosmetics. You must be registered in the UK with your professional body and able to demonstrate current Theatre experience with the ability to work under pressure.
What you'll do
Supervising and supporting clinical support staff and junior staff in the delivery of care, providing education, training and mentorship to meet development needs. Delivering high quality, effective, evidence based patient care.
What you'll bring with you
NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
Surgical scrub experience
Highly experienced within the theatre team (ODP/Senior ODP/Registered Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse)
Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) would be desirable, but not essential
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
Flexible and positive attitude
A warm, considerate and empathetic character
