Position: Building Services Engineer

Location: Newcastle

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £40,000 to £42,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer with a strong Mechanical background for a full time, permanent position on a large static site based in Newcastle

This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance on a large static site in the Centre of Newcastle.

The right person for this position will already come from a strong facilities maintenance background. They need to have a strong mechanical background with the ability and skills to look after large plant rooms, ahu' and fan coils, plumbing and heating as well as other general maintenance

This large static site will require some weekend work on a rota

Requirements

Strong background in building services maintenance
Mechanical background
Level 2 Mechanical qualification
Fgaswould be an advantage, but not essential
Strong team player
Must be happy to do some weekend overtime when needed
Experience working on an older site would be an advantage
Plant room and heating knowledge

Excellent basic salary
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
