What You’ll Do As an Associate Representative - Inside Sales, you’ll:
- Engage with Customers: Handle orders via email and telephone, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a seamless buying experience.
- Drive Sales Growth: Suggest complementary products, up-sell services, and leverage buying history to enhance revenue.
- Develop Opportunities: Collaborate with marketing and outside sales to qualify and grow leads into valuable business opportunities.
- Manage Quotes: Prepare and follow up on quotations, securing orders and gaining insights on lost opportunities.
- Coordinate Deliveries: Oversee order reports, resolve potential delays, and ensure timely fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
- Analyse Market Trends: Share competitive insights, pricing trends, and customer feedback with the leadership team.
What We’re Looking For Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Sales or sales administration experience is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently under supervision.
