Finance Business Partner

Main Responsibilities

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (including sales, marketing, and product management) to align their strategies with overall business goals. Provide support through detailed market analysis, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses of competitor pricing and retail market trends. Use this information to provide actionable recommendations to both the retail partners and internal teams
Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with new product launches and volume changes. Develop risk mitigation strategies to manage uncertainties and ensure business continuity

Required

A finance degree and studying towards CIMA or ACCA to become a qualified accountant
Experience working in an FMCG environment.
