Location: North West OfficeRemuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + profit related bonus

Benefits: Car Allowance & Comprehensive Benefits Package The role of Quantity Surveyor / Estimator - Fit Out will involve:

• Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a range of fit out and refurbishment projects for various industries such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants
• Working closely with the Project Managers to oversee projects from handover to completion
• Monitor and control costs throughout projects
• Identify, track, report and price change as required
• Compile and submit monthly Applications/Valuations to clients in line with contract requirements
• Set-up and manage subcontractor accounts, making payments when due
• Produce monthly financial reports for active projects
• Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Working on projects ranging in value up to £10m

The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator - Fit Out with

• Must have Quantity Surveying/Estimator experience within the construction industry, ideally fit out market sector
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Excellent communicator both written and verbally across all levels
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Full UK driving license
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good team player, with excellent people skills
