Overview:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Solicitor to join a dynamic and growing Commercial Real Estate team.

This role offers exposure to a wide range of clients, including family offices, high-net-worth individuals, investors, lenders and utility providers. With offices across Scotland, this firm is renowned for delivering exceptional service and innovative legal solutions.

Experience:

• Proven track record in commercial real estate law
• Strong understanding of title examination, LBTT and property registration
• Experience working with diverse clients, including investors and HNW individuals

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain up-to-date client files and provide regular updates to clients
• Conduct title examinations and manage related reporting

Skills:

• Strong commercial awareness and lateral thinking
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
