Are you an experienced and motivated care professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the running of a small learning disability service in Nottingham.

About the Role:

As the Deputy Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service, working closely with the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day management of the service.

* Supporting and supervising staff to ensure excellent care delivery.

* Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining high-quality standards.

* Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.

* Managing rotas and ensuring adequate staffing levels, including covering occasional weekends.

* Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
