Due to significant growth, our client is seeking two field service engineers to maintain, service, and repair forklifts. In this role, you will represent the company, providing exceptional support and innovative solutions to our valued customers. Duties and responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:

Maintaining and servicing IC trucks, VNA trucks and automated trucks.
Liaising with key customers onsite and ensuring their needs are met technically and works are done to a high standard.
Providing solutions to queries from customers on site, liaising with the hire desk where required
To keep control of vehicle stock/deliveries
Undertake planned preventative maintenance / service visits and breakdown support on the manufactured equipment.
Involve with aftersales projects.The Field Service Engineer

My client is looking for someone who is keen to be hands on.
Technical qualification / background within forklifts, mechanical and electrical
Comfortable travelling to and from customers sites within the East midlands
Excellent communication/organisation skills
