Parts AdvisorPertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a leading car dealership based in Southampton.Responsibilities as a Parts Advisor:- Accurately identify customer parts requirements- Maintain up to date knowledge of new or updated parts- Maintain stock control, ensuring all incoming deliveries are checked accurately- Processing part orders efficiently- Providing exceptional customer service- Assist customers with any questions or queries- Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accuratelyRequirements for this position:- Previous parts advisory experience- Excellent customer service experience- Confident IT user- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Team player and able to work independentlyThe Role- Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm, required to work one Saturday every other month- Starting salary of £26,091 per annum- Opportunity to join a well established, market leading team- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays- Yearly bonusIf you are interested in this Parts Advisor position, please apply below or call Jemma at Pertemps
