We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Supervisor to join our team for a prestigious residential development project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage mechanical installation and maintenance operations for the residential project.

* Ensure all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) are installed according to design specifications, local codes, and safety standards.

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and the construction team to ensure smooth project progress.

* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of work and address any issues promptly.

* Ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment required for mechanical installations.

* Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

* Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, progress reports, and change orders.

* Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff and contractors.

Qualifications:

* Valid cscs card

* SSSTS/SMSTS

* Proven experience in mechanical supervision, particularly in residential construction projects.

* Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.

* Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficient in using project management software and tools.

* Valid driver's license.
