We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support the Head Teacher with various administrative tasks in a dynamic school environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Personal Assistant, with experience in a school or educational setting being preferred but not essential. Familiarity with Arbor or SIMS is advantageous.

• Provide administrative support to the Head Teacher, including diary management and prioritising workload.
• Work closely with the Department for Education (DFE) and manage Census reports.
• Handle confidential files with discretion.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth school operations.
• Offer efficient assistance to the school office, maintaining a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is essential.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a school environment.
• High level of professionalism and adherence to a professional code of conduct.
• Experience in Arbor or SIMS is advantageous.
• A valid fully Enhanced DBS.
