This video production and content agency have over 10 years' experience within the industry and work with some of the biggest global brands spanning retail, finance, hospitality, and automotive verticals.

The Role

As Marketing Manager at this agency, your main responsibility will be to promote the agency through successful marketing campaigns, social media oversight, public relations efforts, and brand development activities. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Oversee social media scheduling for timely, engaging posts.
• Coordinate with creative teams for high-quality content.
• Lead major campaigns annually, ensuring seamless execution.
• Plan and approve content schedules.
• Manage newsletters, case studies, and award submissions.
• Boost the agency's industry profile through PR initiatives and secure speaking slots and media coverage.
• Target marketing efforts to attract potential clients.
• Ensure consistent LinkedIn activity across staff profiles.
• Develop and implement a strategy to grow the agency's TikTok presence.
• Provide monthly reports on activity to the wider team.
• Train the wider team on content creation.
• Manage internal projects within budget and schedule.

Desired Experience

• Excellent time management and prioritisation.

• Experienced in managing marketing campaigns.
• Proficient with AI marketing tools.
• Skilled in LinkedIn and TikTok usage.
