Architect - Heritage & Conservation - London

Ready to dive into exciting heritage and conservation projects? Representing my client, a top architectural consultancy, we're on the lookout for an Architect to join their London team. You'll work on high-profile projects at all RIBA stages, focusing on preserving and enhancing historic buildings. This is the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about conservation and eager to grow in a fun, supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

* Work on heritage and conservation projects through all RIBA stages.

* Collaborate with a talented team of engineers, consultants, and contractors.

* Contribute to the design and technical delivery of listed building projects.

* Provide expert advice on conservation and heritage regulations.

* Build strong relationships with clients to ensure the success of each project.

What We're Looking For:

* ARB Part 3 qualified (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience.

* 5+ years' residency in the UK (SC clearance will need to be obtained for this role).

* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS software.

* Experience in conservation or listed building projects.

* Passion for heritage architecture and problem-solving.

* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
