Your new roleYou will be responsible for participating in designing and ensuring implementation of HR administration/ shared services strategy, designing and delivering best in class HR services, products and systems in line with current/ future business needs and budgets. You will lead a team of HR specialists ensuring development and delivery of an exceptional service to the UK business. It is working 37.5 hours per week and it is hybrid working- 3 days a week in the office.What you need to succeedYou will need to have 3 to 5 years of experience within HR, have line management experience and experience of working with senior leaders.
