Your Role:

• Manage a caseload of complex contentious probate and trust matters
• Take a lead advisory role on high-value and high-profile cases
• Collaborate with trainees and benefit from dedicated secretarial support
• Opportunity to naturally progress into a leadership or team head position

What You’ll Bring?

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Minimum of 2 years' Litigation experience
• Experience in contentious probate/trusts is essential
• Those with a general dispute resolution experience (to include contentious probate) and an interest in specialising in contentious probate are welcome to apply
