Paralegal Assistant

Harrow, Middlesex

£40,000 + Pension

If your experience has been in the litigation field then this role as a Paralegal Assistant could be perfect for you, it’s a stand alone role where you will manage your own client cases.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing a portfolio of litigation cases from instigation stage to completion

- Dealing with debt matters, breach of contract, Landlord and Tenant and some personal

- Arranging meetings with clients to take instructions and to keep them up to date with case

- Completing legal research on applicable regulations and law appropriate

- Drafting correspondence, legal documentation, contracts and pleadings for clients and other parties

- Supporting Lawyers and Barrister in handling cases and preparing hearings and trials
