Nursery Room Leader

Salary: Up to £33,500

40 hours per week

Our client's nursery offers high-quality childcare in a purpose-designed facility that fosters imaginative play and is equipped with modern security features. They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their growing team on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).

Skills and Experience Required:

• A minimum of Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Proven experience in a childcare setting, with a passion for supporting children's development.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• A compassionate, patient, and inclusive approach to childcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
