This is a great opportunity to join a a Freight Forwarder who are experts in Logistics and Transport with over 40 years experience.

They require a dedicated and self- motivated Import Operator for an office-based role.

Duties for the Import Operator will include;

* Liaising with customers daily, over the phone and via email

* Taking bookings, providing rates and quotations to customers

* Managing and coordinating sea freight operations, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods

* Completing all relevant Import documentation

* Customs entries

Key Requirements:

* Maths and IT skills

* Good verbal communication skills

* A working knowledge of Customs Clearance process

* At least 3 years experience within a Sea Freight role, with Import emphasis.
