Description

• Oversee and manage financial operations within the Accounting & Finance department.
• Completion of month end management accounts.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure full and detailed reconciliations are completed monthly on all key areas of revenue and costs across your divisions.
• Evaluate financial performance and make long-term forecasts.
• Comply with financial regulations and legislation.
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the Accounting & Finance team.
• Collaborate with top management to make sound financial decisions.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• CIMA/ACCA Part Qualified or qualified by experience.
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant in the Logistics industry.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
• Full UK Driving License
• High-level numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.
• Business Partnering Experience.
