Building Surveyor - Are you looking for a core BS role with long term vision?
A boutique London-based consultancy known for delivering exceptional surveying and project management services, is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their expert team.
The Building Surveyors role As a Building Surveyor, you will work closely with a collaborative team of professionals, delivering high-quality services across a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, education, and heritage.
Your role as the successful Building Surveyor will involve managing both professional and project-based instructions, with responsibilities such as:
- Conducting building surveys, condition surveys, and technical due diligence
- Delivering refurbishment and fit-out projects from inception to completion
- Advising on dilapidations and party wall matters
- Preparing schedules of condition and contract administration
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The Ideal Building Surveyor will have - A degree in Building Surveying and ideally MRICS accreditation (or working towards it)
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience within a consultancy environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results to a high standard
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A proactive and team-focused approach
