Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
  • Lead and develop the audit team, providing support and mentoring
  • Drive business development and contribute to strategic planning
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
  • Build strong, long-lasting client relationships
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have a minimum of 7 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Proven track record of leading audits and managing teams
  • Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
