Description

• Analysing financial data and preparing reports
• Assisting in the development of budget forecasts
• Collaborating with different departments to gather financial information
• Identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements
• Ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Participating in audits, ensuring all financial operations are transparent
• Developing and maintaining financial models and templates
• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Profile

A successful Finance Analyst should have:

• Previous experience in Housing
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experienced in management accounts and business partnering

Job Offer

• A competitive salary in the range of £50,000 to £55,000, depending on experience
