About the role:

As a KS1 Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the learning experiences of our youngest pupils. You'll be responsible for delivering engaging, creative lessons that inspire a love of learning and meet the individual needs of every child. We are looking for a teacher who can combine a passion for education with a caring and patient approach, ensuring that all children feel valued, included, and supported in reaching their full potential. You will also work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to build positive relationships and contribute to the life of the school.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in KS1.
• A commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity.
• A passion for creative and dynamic teaching methods.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to enhance the learning experience.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support pupils' educational journey.
