As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will take a leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of care for residents. You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care. Your expertise will help shape and deliver the best outcomes for residents, while also supporting and mentoring your colleagues.
What we're looking for - Nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid UK NMC Pin.
- Proven experience in a nursing role, with a strong understanding of complex care needs, particularly physical and long-term neurological conditions.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide colleagues.
- Commitment to person-centred care, promoting dignity and respect for all residents.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Key Responsibilities - Lead by example, delivering high-quality nursing care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.
- Take responsibility for the safe administration of medications and treatments, following all relevant policies and procedures.
- Develop, review, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and the care team.
- Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and support to junior staff, ensuring best practices are upheld.
- Monitor and document residents' conditions and respond promptly to any changes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including infection control procedures.
- Actively participate in staff meetings, contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture.
