Description

• Facilitate accurate and timely billing processes
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Coordinate with clients to resolve any discrepancies or queries
• Perform account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions
• Collaborate effectively within the Accounting & Finance department
• Continuously improve procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy

Profile

A successful Financial Accounts Receivable Specialist should have:

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage financial records
• Aptitude for problem-solving and resolving financial discrepancies
