Role: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Fault Finding & Repairs: Identify and resolve faults across various fabric assets, elements, and equipment.
Maintenance: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of building and facility systems.
Fabric Maintenance: Inspect and maintain fabric elements including windows, doors, walls, and flooring to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Electrical & Mechanical Work: Provide electrical and mechanical support, ensuring all systems operate efficiently.
Health & Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role, ideally within a facilities or building services environment.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, particularly in fabric asset repair.
A good understanding of both electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
