I am working on a couple of opportunities in the Manchester area at the moment- one in Central Manchester and one in Greater Manchester.

Both of my clients are reinforced concrete structures specialists and are both very well established and recognised businesses in their sector. With impressive and realistic growth plans, they are looking to add an experienced Estimator to their respective teams.

The ideal candidate will be working with a reinforced concrete structures specialist and will have a successful record of pricing and winning profitable contracts. Candidates from a groundworks subcontracting background will also be considered and can be given training 'in-house'

Candidates with a Civil Engineering degree are obviously preferred but this is not quite as important as relevant experience.

For the role outside Manchester my client will consider a hybrid working arrangement or even part-time if an outstanding candidate needs to work in this way.

Rates are competitive in the current market and will be anywhere between 80k-120k (plus package) depending on experience or from £(Apply online only) per day- with room for negotiation for particularly strong candidates.

These roles both offer the opportunity to join the 'premier league teams' in the RC frame sector and I can state from experience that they have low staff turnover levels and realistic/achievable promotion prospects.
