Vector are currently recruiting for a Scheduler / Planner on behalf of our client, a Drainage Contractor.
The Job

To produce job packs including all Health & Safety requirements
Proactive customer calling
Assisting with reactive jobs and liaising with operatives
Monitoring database of incoming jobs
Producing electronic job packs
Scanning and electronic filing of processed jobs
Assisting Planning with photo evaluation
Initial introductory customer callsRequirements
Previous experience within a Drainage/Construction industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy & attention to detail
Excellent IT skills
Organised, reliable and conscientious
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Good time keepingHours
Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00Pay
