Real Estate is the largest department in the firm with over 100 people in total and 11-12 Partners and it is the heart of what they do. They work with leading clients and developers and are now seeking a 4-6 year PQE Associate from a Top 50 law firm to join the team. You will act for institutions and developers and should have prior experience dealing with landlord and tenant and pre-lets and commercial development work.  This firm has a chargeable hours target of 1300 hours, so you really do get the work/life balance here whilst still working on the top level deals.
