Job Title: Lettings Assistant

Salary / Pay Rate: £18

Job Type: Full Time, Contract

The Role

As a Lettings Assistant, you'll manage void properties and support the lettings process. Your responsibilities include advertising properties, reducing re-let times, responding to customer queries, and maintaining accurate records. You'll also administer the HOMESWAPPER and downsizing schemes, ensuring compliance with KPIs and NCHA values.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

Knowledge of social housing issues.
Experience in lettings or a social housing environment.
