We are currently working with a well-established firm in Sutton Coldfield who are looking to speak with experienced Residential Property Assistants. * Location: Sutton Coldfield and surrounding areas
* Position: Residential Property Assistant (non-fee earning role)
* Progression Opportunity: The previous assistant successfully progressed within the firm, and there is clear potential for the right candidate to advance within a residential property-focused role.
* Salary guide: £22,500 - £26,500 (DOE)

About the Role: As a Residential Property Assistant, you will be working closely with a team of experienced conveyancers, providing essential support across a wide range of residential property transactions. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment, with the possibility of progression within the firm as you continue to grow your expertise in residential property law.

What We Are Looking For:

* Experience: A minimum of 12 months experience in a conveyancing secretarial or assistant role is required.
* Residential Property Focused: This role is specifically within residential property, and we are currently not seeking anyone who is a fee earner at this time.
* Proven Support Skills: You should have strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and assist in a fast-paced environment.
* Team Player: You will need to work closely with solicitors and other team members, so being a collaborative team player is key.
