The below job description will outline this position Senior Propulsion Field Engineer / Propulsion Field Service Engineer / Propulsion Service Technician

Duties and responsibilities of the Propulsion Field Engineer / Propulsion Field Service Engineer / Propulsion Service Technician

•              Perform and lead maintenance and repairs on main propulsion systems, thrusters, and steering gear.

•              Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and interpret engineering drawings.

•              Dismantle, inspect, rebuild, and test propulsion systems and gearboxes, conducting precise measurements on components.

•              Experience in overhauls, fault diagnosis and inspections of propulsion systems. 

•              Willingness to travel across the UK and overseas as required.

Qualifications and requirement for the  Propulsion Field Engineer / Propulsion Field Service Engineer / Propulsion Service Technician

•              Field Service experience is essential, with a strong understanding of fault diagnosis and propulsion system overhauls.

•              Mechanical Diploma or Level 3 Engineering Qualification.

•              UK Driving Licence and flexibility to travel.

•             Ability to work alone and remotely
