Location: London Salary: £60.000

Your role as VAT Manager

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, delivering premium customer service.
• Provide VAT consultancy services, advising clients on indirect tax matters and planning opportunities.
• Lead and supervise junior team members, reviewing work, providing training, and supporting development.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality assurance standards.
• Develop an advanced level of technical knowledge and stay up to date with industry developments.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the firm's existing client base.

What you need to succeed as VAT Manager

• Proven experience in VAT planning and handling VAT enquiries in an Indirect Tax role.
• CTA qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
• Strong client management skills with the ability to manage a busy portfolio.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
